2022 AARP Livable Communities Workshop: Housing for People of All Ages

As people age, their housing needs are ever changing. It should be possible for them to live in homes and communities they desire, no matter their age or lifestyle.

AARP will present a free online workshop that brings together local leaders, housing practitioners, and AARP staff and volunteer to explore how communities can provide safe and affordable housing opportunities for individuals and families, no matter their background, income, or ability. The workshop will focus on four core housing themes: Choice, Design, Stability, and Equity. It will feature best practices, insights, and inspiring next steps to help meet the nation’s housing needs.

The workshop will take place over September 21 and 22, 2022 and will be online.
