This week we hear from Robert Goldsmith. Mr. Goldsmith is a Partner at Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis where he co-chairs the Redevelopment and Land Use Practice. He discusses the issue of home rule in the state of New Jersey and how it affects the implementation of TOD.
