Homeless People at Newark Penn to Get New Attention

NJ TRANSIT, in collaboration with NJDOT, RWJ Barnabas Health, the Department of Community Affairs (DCA), and the City of Newark, has launched Gateway to Hope—an initiative focused on addressing chronic homelessness at Newark Penn Station.
