DART Plans for Both Service Cuts and World Cup Transportation

Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) is preparing for potential systemwide service cuts as five municipalities—Plano, Irving, Farmers Branch, University Park, and Highland Park—prepare to vote on May 2 on whether to leave the transit agency.
