Are Parking Lots Ruining Your City?

Removing parking minimums is one step that towns can take to make better use of one of their most important resources, land. Parking minimums often limit growth. Citizens of Fayetteville, Arkansas realized this and by removing parking minimums, inadvertently began a movement.
