Atlanta mayor unveils $5 billion neighborhood reinvestment plan

Mayor Andre Dickens is rolling out a $5 billion plan to revitalize south and west Atlanta, including $170 million for grocery stores and health centers, $1.3 billion for affordable housing, and $1.9 billion for public transit expansion and new MARTA stations.
