Development without displacement. Increasing density. Encouraging people to use transit. These are some of the goals of Elevated Chicago, a coalition of organizations that promotes racial equity, prosperity, and resiliency around transit facilities and that uses uses equitable transit-oriented development (eTOD) as the catalyst. In late 2021, Elevated Chicago awarded micro-grants to eleven eTODs around the city. They discuss two of the projects in the video.
