This week we hear from Annisia Cialone, PP, AICP, LEED AP.
Ms. Cialone serves as the Director of Jersey City’s Department of Housing, Economic Development, and Commerce (HEDC), which houses the Divisions of Economic Development, City Planning, Construction Code, Zoning, Community Development, Housing Preservation, and Commerce.
She weighs in on the elements that go into crafting an effective vision for TOD and discusses the opportunities to incorporate industrial uses into TOD communities.
