RTA Board Shifts $74M From Metra, Pace Budgets to CTA

The Chicago Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) Board has temporarily eased the Chicago Transit Authority’s (CTA) budget gap by reallocating $74 million from Pace Suburban Bus and Metra.
