Maryland’s new Purple Line is expected to stimulate investment along its 16-mile route. Having secured a $5 million JPMorgan Chase grant to support affordable housing and small businesses, the Collaborative works to streamline financing processes to aid equitable development and leverage new investments to foster inclusive, sustainable community growth.
